The Telangana State Backward Classes Study Circle created in the year 1996 this comes under Backward Class Welfare Department. Telangana State Backward Classes Study Circle as independent body with a view to establish a free coaching centre in Telangana State to achieve excellence in the competitive exam in the India, known as Civil Services Exam i.e. Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), Etc., Exam. The study circle together with a passion delivering best education, support and it remains unchanging in its reach. Study circle delivers high quality of coaching for aspirants in the State.
In the Telangana State, there are (11) BC Study Circles are located in all earst-while districts except RangaReddy, to provide free Coaching to eligible BC, unemployed Graduates and Post Graduates, whose parental annual income does not exceed Rs.1,50,000/- in rural area and Rs.2,00,000/- in urban and study circle offers them to prepare for various competitive examinations conducted by the UPSC, Staff Selection Commission, Banking Services, RRB, DSC and State Public Service Commission Examinations Etc. Apart from free coaching, the Stipend and Study material / Book Grant are provided to the candidates.
